Coronavirus Stress and Mental Health Resources

The ongoing stress of Covid-19 can be overwhelming for you and your family. We can’t ignore the overwhelm. We have to figure out how best to cope with it.

Some of the kids and teens we work with seem to be doing well right now. Many are not. These big changes that started in 2020 are going to have reverberating effects for a very long time - and for the parents we work with, we know you’re stuck trying to manage your own stress while also helping your child the best that you can.

Covid has effected multiple school years in a big variety of ways. Kids, teens, and college students are all feeling the impact.

We see big stress across the board for all of our clients, and our parents, too. And as you know, stress can show up in big ways that require impactful interventions.

And as counselors for college students, teens, and kids we make sure we’re addressing the needs surrounding the whole client.

Even if we’re focusing on your underlying anxiety or anger issues, we’re going to be addressing Covid stress, too.
